We design spaces that support wellbeing and actively activate and strengthen the vitality of every employee.


The concept follows a holistic approach. In one inviting interior, elements like acoustics, lighting, climate, sustainability, biophilic design, greenery, and relaxation come together.



By using nudging, intuitive routing, and small everyday activations, employees are naturally encouraged to move more throughout the day. Every workspace is thoughtfully tailored to what employees actually need.

    Biophilic design responds to our innate need to stay connected with nature. 


    Research shows that environments built around biophilic principles lower stress and have a measurably positive effect on the health of the people who use them.


     In our designs, we bring this to life through abundant greenery and the use of natural materials, shapes, and colors. 


    Employees become more productive, take fewer sick days, and experience greater job satisfaction.

    Vital lighting follows the body's natural daily rhythm through the right color and intensity. 


    It keeps people alert for longer, reduces fatigue, and supports focus throughout the entire workday. 


    Research on lighting shows that improved light levels can boost productivity by 4 to 10 percent or more, especially when daylight and artificial light are thoughtfully balanced.

    Indoor Climate

    Indoor climate is about temperature, ventilation, and humidity in the space.


    When these are right, people feel more physically comfortable, think more clearly, and hold onto their energy for longer. 


    Poor air quality and poorly configured climate systems can lower office work performance by roughly 6 to 9 percent, while well ventilated spaces deliver noticeable productivity gains instead.

    Acoustics is about how sound behaves and gets absorbed throughout the office. 


    Good acoustics reduce noise and distractions, helping employees work calmer, more focused, and with less stress. 


    Research shows that open offices without proper sound absorption can lower productivity by as much as 15 percent, while a 10 decibel reduction in noise delivers real productivity gains in return

    Groen

    Groen is de bewuste inzet van planten en natuurlijke elementen in het interieur.


    Het geeft de ruimte leven, verlaagt stress en maakt dat mensen zich prettiger en meer op hun gemak voelen.


    Onderzoek laat zien dat het toevoegen van planten de productiviteit met circa 15 procent kan verhogen en het gevoel van welzijn en tevredenheid bij medewerkers duidelijk verbetert.

    Identiteit in interieur is de zichtbare vertaling van merk, cultuur en waarden in de ruimte.

    Onderzoek naar gezonde, duurzame gebouwen laat zien dat verbeteringen in luchtkwaliteit, licht en materialen samen productiviteitsstijgingen van 5 tot 20 procent kunnen opleveren, afhankelijk van de combinatie van maatregelen.

    Activatie

    Activatie is het ruimtelijk prikkelen om meer te bewegen, bijvoorbeeld via routing en trappen.


    Het maakt bewegen vanzelfsprekend, wat energie, alertheid en algehele vitaliteit gedurende de dag ondersteunt.


    Studies naar fysieke activiteit op en rond het werk laten zien dat interventies die mensen meer laten bewegen bij een groot deel van de deelnemers tot meetbare cognitieve verbeteringen en betere taakprestaties leiden, in ongeveer de helft tot ruim de helft van de onderzochte uitkomsten.


    Verlichting

    Beweging & Ontspanning

    Beweging & ontspanning zijn momenten om uit de stoel en uit de taak te gaan.


    Ze geven het brein een reset, verminderen stress en zorgen voor meer focus en creativiteit.


    Onderzoek laat zien dat fysieke activiteit in 70 procent van de studies een positieve relatie heeft met cognitieve en/of prestatie-uitkomsten, met duidelijke winst op aandacht, geheugen en verwerkingssnelheid.

    Voeding gaat over het aanbod en de beleving van eten en drinken op kantoor.
